Work was well done. Supposed to do job 1 day, did not. The tear off group finished early AM and was capable of installing replacement but did not. Second crew arrived late and could not finish. Had to come back nest day. Also did not clean up completly when finished.
Everyone in the office is very organized and cheerful. Cody came out to give an assessment and estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail. The proposal was written up before he left.

Very polite and professional. The company is technologically savvy using drones, showing pictures of their completed work on the day it is finished, and with keeping in touch during an incredibly busy season. This was a minor “sneaker” leak caused by 35 mph horizontal rains so the origin really couldn’t be determined. However, a “tune up” and mastic on all possible areas of entry was done. I appreciate that there was no pressure to do anything…only a discussion of possibilities.
