My experience with Local Roofs was not by choice since they are the company our HOA has chosen for roof work, but thank goodness for them! Our roof sprung a major leak after that crazy December-tornado-warning night. Greg went out and did a very thorough assessment of our roof, and worked with our HOA to get approval for complete replacement. Local Roofs came through for me amazingly! 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday night, 4:30 pm, an enormous branch dropped on my bedroom punching a hole right through the brand new roof they installed just 5 months before. I immediately called Greg Huber their salesman, my point man. A massive 5 day rain deluge was predicted to begin in just 24 hours. I was in a panic! By 9:00 PM Greg was sending me contracts to sign. Left nails all over the road working on a neighbors roof. Also left nails in the grass and areas around where they were working. Trampled and damaged the lawn of the next door neighbor to the house they were working on. Employees were rude and combative when confronted. The roof they “fixed” a while ago is also leaking in some spots. Horrible company. Find one that’s more respectful of others.
