The crew did a good job professionally. No complaints there. The only issue is materials delivery to the roof by stair case. Walls got a bit scrapped.

My experience with Local Roofs was not by choice since they are the company our HOA has chosen for roof work, but thank goodness for them! Our roof sprung a major leak after that crazy December-tornado-warning night. Greg went out and did a very thorough assessment of our roof, and worked with our HOA to get approval for complete replacement.
