Quick but thorough initial assessment. No high pressure sales tactics: he just gave us the estimate and left to let us decide. The workers were quick and cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great and doesn't leak. We got a 768 sq ft roof redone, front soffits redone, and quite a bit of wood replaced for under $8,000. Lockhart installed new gutters on our house a few years ago so when it came time for a new roof they were the first people I called. Gary had the best quote out of seven companies and everyone was super friendly from the guys who delivered the supplies to the roofers doing the installation. Hands down.
