I called to use them, however, after providing information, I was told “I just want to be honest with you, since this is just a repair we are booking 3-6months out.” The lady was very nice, but I found it interesting that I told her upfront that it was a repair and the roof had caved in in a room, but she did not decide to be “upfront” until after I had provided name and address.
