LockHart put in a metal roof ,siding , gutters. The crew did not install to code and the owner was ignorant of those requirements. However the director of enforcement at LARA said he would take a complaint . The manager said the owner was confused. Fast work and good clean up does not make up for violating protection required by code. "Caveat emptor". Two stars because it looks good.
They replaced the aluminum fascia that was damaged during a wind storm. Professional and friendly service. I would definitely hire them again.
Nick made the whole process easy and made sure I understood everything that was happening and when it was happening. Eric and his crew did a great job tearing down my old roof, installing the new one, insulating my attic and cleaning up the debris. Would highly recommend Lockhart to anyone in need of any of their services.
