If Kurtis (one of the owners son) knocks on your door to do a window and door replacement quote go ahead and just shut the door and call someone else. It has been a 64 day nightmare. The first quote I got was around $5000 but was incorrect due to lack of experience, the new quote was close to $10,000 but sent over without any explanation.
