Well it’s been almost 4 weeks and I still don’t have a roof, and they still can’t tell me when I’ll be scheduled, or how many roofs are ahead of mine. 100% frustrating.
I get it everyone is busy, I’m busy. But if you can’t tell me if it’ll be a week or a month till I get a roof… I keep getting told to wait and see if I’m on the schedule for the next week. I signed a contract and they want 30% down but can’t tell me IF or WHEN they will get around to scheduling me? 100% frustrated!!
I’ve been so impressed with this company. From the first phone call to get an inspection and a quote, Caton showed up within 15 minutes and was on our roof. He worked so hard and so quickly. He met our insurance inspector for us because we are currently out of state, and sent us pictures every step of the way.
