Olllll sweet Jordan was kind and prompt for service. Inspection didn’t take too long and I am so fortunate he suggested an alternative to pay for the repairs after the tornado because my solar company did a horrible job repairing the roof tiles after solar installation (I had no clue!). Inspection came with a report with very detailed findings and photos. I was able to forward the report to the solar claim and get the claim processed! Thanks, so much!!!

Well it’s been almost 4 weeks and I still don’t have a roof, and they still can’t tell me when I’ll be scheduled, or how many roofs are ahead of mine. 100% frustrating. I get it everyone is busy, I’m busy. But if you can’t tell me if it’ll be a week or a month till I get a roof… I keep getting told to wait and see if I’m on the schedule for the next week. I signed a contract and they want 30% down but can’t tell me IF or WHEN they will get around to scheduling me? 100% frustrated!!
