Had a shower installed in place of the original bathtub in a condo unit. There were many challenges to getting the approval from the Condominium’s Board. Carol Dolch, the Bath Project Coordinator/Customer Care Representative went out of her way to help get the various documents together to ensure final approval. Cierra Goliday who works with her assisted with the process and provided extra visual material. The project was overseen all the way through including a follow-up conversation once the installation was done. The installation team … Roger, the Leader, Joel, his assistant and Oscar the third helper did an incredible job. There were some obstacles like the service elevator not working. The process of taking out the tub and walls down to the studs was time consuming and hard. All was done with care. The new build up process was thorough with pre-checks for leaks/mold and plumbing. All issues were addressed and handled. The materials used are first rate. Everything is quality and has a lifetime warranty for original owners and a ten year one should the unit be sold after completion. The shower is beautiful and a pleasure to have. I am thrilled with the change and highly recommend Long Home Products for this work.
