Our estimator and project manager, Brandon, was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Responses to our questions and requests through the entire process came back quickly. The crews were on time and professional. The roof removal and installation went very quickly as did the gutter installation. Los Gatos Roofing also had the best price of the three estimates we got. We are very pleased with the results.
Very professional. I little tricky getting scheduled and didn't know when the would return for the gutters, but overall good. No surprises on the bill which was great.
Absolutely beyond excellent. They did a fantastic job of making sure the roof's infrastructure was perfect before they started installing the shingles. They could have easily laid the shingles over borderline wood and for 10 years it might be just fine, but they took the time and patience to ensure everything was perfect.
