We recently got a new roof from Los Gatos Roofing. We had a good experience from the sales department Dale, office when making an appointment to the work team that removed and installed our new roof in under three days. It went like clockwork with no issues.
Answered any question we had almost immediately via email. Was only suggested what was needed and did not try to up sale everything.
We are totally satisfied with the work from Los Gatos Roofing for the following reasons:
1) Professionalism is what sets them apart from all other home improvement contractors. They did what they said they'd do. They are knowledgeable. They communicate well. Sales person (Jon Fletscher) represented his company well. There was no bad surprise. They showed up on time (you'd be surprised you can't even get this from others).
