I had a leak in the roof and Ivan scheduled an inspection. He walked the roof, pulled some tiles up, and quickly found where the leak started and ended. Looked the roof over to make sure nothing else was wrong. He explained the entire problem and how they would fix it. Scheduled a crew to some out and fix it. The showed up promptly and worked quickly to repair the roof. No leak anymore after a few rains. Great work, quality, and effort.
