I had a leak in the roof and Ivan scheduled an inspection. He walked the roof, pulled some tiles up, and quickly found where the leak started and ended. Looked the roof over to make sure nothing else was wrong. He explained the entire problem and how they would fix it. Scheduled a crew to some out and fix it. The showed up promptly and worked quickly to repair the roof. No leak anymore after a few rains. Great work, quality, and effort.

Long delay, poor punctuality. I had a loose tile and a broken one I needed fixed. I also wanted the roof checked after termite tenting to see if any other tiles needed fixing. All of this while I was preparing to sell my house. They gave me a date a month out and then missed it. I have to make the 1.5 hour round trip again tomorrow for the repeat appointment and they likely will have to come again to actually fix the two tiles. These guys were absolutely wonderful. Brandon was my go-to guy and it was so nice to have just one person to talk to you about all the details from beginning to the end of the job, rather than having multiple people which can cause confusion. With the holiday season upon us and 2 parties scheduled, the roof on my sun porch started to leak. I called Los Gatos Roofing and they said they would see what they could do. By that afternoon, they called me back and said they would be able to fit my job in. The guys are some of the hardest working crew I've seen. They did an amazing job and our party was a leak-free zone. I would definitely recommend Jon Fletscher and Los Gatos Roofing!
