Long delay, poor punctuality. I had a loose tile and a broken one I needed fixed. I also wanted the roof checked after termite tenting to see if any other tiles needed fixing. All of this while I was preparing to sell my house. They gave me a date a month out and then missed it. I have to make the 1.5 hour round trip again tomorrow for the repeat appointment and they likely will have to come again to actually fix the two tiles.
