Our tree fell on our neighbor’s house and damaged the gutters. I called LS and they responded promptly and professionally. The repairs were completed with our neighbors glowing approval. We will continue to consider them for future work.

Overall we had a great experience. We appreciated the support from our sales rep. He kept us updated on the progress. The roof and gutter installers were friendly. I had a concern with a downspout. The installer did not hesitate to remedy it.
