Review has been a long time coming. L&S replaced my roof back in November 2022. I priced out various companies and L&S fell in the middle. Matthew came out originally and was friendly, informative, honest, and answered all our questions/concerns. Crew was on time and worked efficiently. This was the most wonderful experience I have had. I had tried to get estimates from 2 local contractors and they kept me hanging for several weeks and then stoped returning my calls. That was not my experience with L & S. Tony came out and I had an estimate the day he was there. My project was done in the time promised and completely to my satisfaction. The L&S team recently (March 2024) replaced the roof and gutters on our home and pole barn. Matt met with us to provide their inspection and estimate, and was involved through the final project inspection, providing us excellent support, their team was efficient, and professional, completing the entire project in two days. We’re very happy with the work performed and would recommend L&S home improvement to anyone looking for a first class roofing replacement for their home.

When it come’s to Roofing and the Clean up at the end, which is most of the consumers worries, L & S does not miss a nail. I would recommend this company to anyone. A Job done correctly & on time, from Start to Finish. & when you’re doing exterior home improvements the investment amount is just as important. I did my due diligence.
