Vaughn came out to my house early but on time and quoted me on gutters. Although I was able to get a cheaper quote somewhere else, I could not turn down the better warranty, customer service, or helpful tips and information Vaugh was able to give me. After calling for roof and interior water damage, being told they would inspect and tell me what needs to be done. Was extremely disappointed when they came out and were unable to do the interior inspection. I will say this positives; about is company. They originally said would be 4 day wait do to the weather we just had witch was to be expected given the extreme storms we just had, they were able some how to show up same day witch was awesome. I highly recommend anyone who is looking into doing their gutters to do so with L&S. My rep Vaughn Smith, project manager Bob, and workers Steve and Brandon (Truck 11) were amazing. I had 0 complaints about their work. Great team, service, price, etc.
