Overall we had a great experience. We appreciated the support from our sales rep. He kept us updated on the progress. The roof and gutter installers were friendly. I had a concern with a downspout. The installer did not hesitate to remedy it.

Ok, L&S Home Improvements did a good job as I said earlier, but there was a little disagreement about the cost vs tme spent. After a conversation, they made is RIGHT. I always say is not if something goes wrong, but how you handle it. They handled the issue great, and are honorable people! I will work with these folks again.
