It was a painful decision to purchase a roof but I am soooo glad I hired L&S for the job. My experience wih L&S was exceptional from start to finish! My sales rep, Tony Combs was fantastic! He's very professional, detailed, and prompt - a real asset to the L&S family. The workers did an incredible job and finished the entire roof, skylight, and solar tube in one day and it was almost 90 degrees outside!!! Vaughn came out to my house early but on time and quoted me on gutters. Although I was able to get a cheaper quote somewhere else, I could not turn down the better warranty, customer service, or helpful tips and information Vaugh was able to give me. Being on time was a huge bonus :) I chose a cranberry color for my gutters due to Vaughn's amazing input. Seeing them on my house, I wouldn't pick any other color. After calling for roof and interior water damage, being told they would inspect and tell me what needs to be done. Was extremely disappointed when they came out and were unable to do the interior inspection. I will say this positives; about is company. They originally said would be 4 day wait do to the weather we just had witch was to be expected given the extreme storms we just had, they were able some how to show up same day witch was awesome.
