Shout out to the @lns_homeimprovements team for the wonderful job they did on our roof last week. Gave them a call after our insurance company did us dirty at the beginning of the new year and pulled our home insurance. Tony came out and spoke to us, let him know we were in a pinch and needed to get it done as soon as possible. He listened and gave us his pitch, was straight forward about the facts that LnS was not the cheapest, but they were willing to stand by they're prices because they know ... Read more

The roof replacement was not perfect but the reason I am telling this in my review is when having major work done to your home you should always expect something to come up - which this was no exception. I wont go into long detail but will say that mistakes were made and all were owned and handled by L & S - in my opinion looking for someone to do a perfect job is impossible - making sure who you trust can be trusted to make things right when what can happen will happen is super important. We had our roof done And from start to Finnish They did every thing the way they said they would Great job good price The workers were professionals My front and yard look better And cleaner Then when they started The sales man Matt Showed to make sure Everything he told us got done The way he said it would He even ran up to store to get a chimney cap That I forgot to ask him for Thanks Matt
