I had a full roof replacement done in July 2020. The sales representative (Matt) and office manager (Heather) that I worked with were amazing. The crew was thorough and respectful (as respectful as you can be when you’re tearing someone’s roof apart). The process started with Matt coming out and assessing the roof, he spent probably 20-30 minutes taking pictures and traveling the perimeter. In my opinion this was a necessary and appreciated step. If you’re looking for a new roof look no further this is the place to go! I had L&S Home improvements install a new roof recently on one of my rental homes. I found this company just by Googling for reviews. I wanted to make sure I had the right company to deal with. L&S home-improvement was the best choice by far. I called 3 different companies looking to get an estimate for having my gutters replaced. L & S set up the appointment for the next day. The other 2 companies said it would take a week or so to get someone out to do an estimate. L & S sent Tony out to do the estimate and I was so impressed with everything I signed the service agreement right then. They did great work and all of the crew was great as well. I would definitely recommend L & S for any home improvement.
