Jacob was extremely personable, helpful and available to answer any and all questions during the entire process of quote to install to follow up. He was always available via text message or phone call to answer any inquiries. We were not home to watch the install happen, however the team was at our house before 9am and was finished with the entire install and cleanup by 5pm on the same day.
