Jacob was extremely personable, helpful and available to answer any and all questions during the entire process of quote to install to follow up. He was always available via text message or phone call to answer any inquiries. We were not home to watch the install happen, however the team was at our house before 9am and was finished with the entire install and cleanup by 5pm on the same day. I really enjoyed the experience I received from the entire staff from L & S. Jacob the sale representative was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions. He was easy to get a hold of when I had other questions. The crew was professional and did a great job. They were thorough in their clean up. Not one roof nail was left behind. I highly recommend L & S Home Improvement.
