I had a small project right around Christmas (chimney cap repair and repair of small hole in the peak). Even though it was a small project, the guys came earlier than expected and got everything done in about an hour. Impressive, efficient and fast.

L&S was by far the most professional of the 4 companies that quoted a new roof for me. One of the companies even got up in the middle of our conversation and walked out when I said I wouldn't give them money up front.
