When I hire a company to work on my home I have high expectations. My family lives here, I want it to be safe. L & S went above and beyond from the very first time we met Tony. He came in and explained everything to us in great detail and we felt very comfortable hiring them to redo our roof. The roofers that were on site were all very kind and courteous. Overall we had a great experience. We appreciated the support from our sales rep. He kept us updated on the progress. The roof and gutter installers were friendly. I had a concern with a downspout. The installer did not hesitate to remedy it.
