Recently L&S Home Improvements installed a new roof for me. Ryan Moulding, Sales Rep., came to my home to give me a free estimate and explained step by step what he had to offer. He showed me samples of all the materials used on the roof and there was a wide variety of shingle colors from which to choose. Ryan answered all of the questions I had. I recently had my roof replaced by L&S Home Improvements. I initially contacted their company because of their stellar reviews and was not disappointed throughout the process. Their front office was responsive and their Field Rep, Matt, did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. Expert sales advice! Ryan took time out of his sales to answer many questions that were not even directly related to the specific job. Professional and personable! Nicole was in regular communication regarding timeline. Crew nailed the job, even with an unplanned issue that popped up. Very impressed with all facets of L & S and the way they do business!

We had a positive experience with L & S Improvements, the sales rep Ryan was informative and demonstrated integrity-we felt very comfortable around him and decided to have his Company come out and installed gutters and guards on our home. When the installers came out they were very polite and introduce themselves, they took my suggestion to heart and hopefully fixed the area in question. They did a fantastic job and did a thorough cleanup. I would definitely recommend them .
