Our experience with Majestic Exteriors was excellent. Our sales rep., Hannah, was very knowledgeable. She explained all options so that we were comfortable with our selection. Hannah would periodically check in during the entire process to ensure the project was moving along to our satisfaction. The crew did a fantastic job with the siding. Magestic (project manager Tonya) replaced the "addition" roof on my home about 2.5 years ago via the seller of my home. We purchased our home 2 years ago. Yesterday, we had leaking through the ceiling onto our floors. We had their work evaluated today, and there is a defect in the flashing. Tonya didn't call us herself. We were informed from the receptionist that the warranty isn't transferable to us. And that they are not responsible for the repair. The quality does seem subpar after evaluation... Read more
