Majestic Exteriors has extremely poor/ non-existent customer service. After I paid them $6,000 for a new roof, I had a huge leak in the kitchen. It took about a month till they bothered to come to look at the situation. I call them 3X/day and even went to their office. We called ‘Majestic’ in April and Joe came out to give us quote for patio,steps and walkway. Joe was rude , disregarding and seemed less than interested in helping us. He took pictures and stated another worker would be at our home that Saturday at 12pm . That was in April and it’s now July....no one ever called , followed up or came to our home. If you want unprofessional and disregarding customer service than call them....
