Magestic (project manager Tonya) replaced the "addition" roof on my home about 2.5 years ago via the seller of my home. We purchased our home 2 years ago. Yesterday, we had leaking through the ceiling onto our floors. We had their work evaluated today, and there is a defect in the flashing. Tonya didn't call us herself. We were informed from the receptionist that the warranty isn't transferable to us. And that they are not responsible for the repair. The quality does seem subpar after evaluation... Read more
Majestic Exteriors did a great job! Hannah did a great job giving us an overview of the project before we started, and was able to give us a lot of ideas. They were also very accommodating when we had to make additional changes. The work was done quickly and they were very clean. I would highly recommend using them.
