I found Zach to be more helpful and patient than other contractors who quoted my roof. He didn’t just go by the script. He looked at my house and quoted me based on what’s needed avoiding additional unnecessary costs. Also the cost for extra plywood was more or less in range with what we predicted it would be prior to the job. The workers were prompt, orderly, and finished the job in one day.
