I felt like they were prompt. They came when they said they were going to come. They gave me good advice and choices for my roof. I felt like they didn't do more than they said they had to do. They informed me that this might happen or that might happen. There were no hidden charges. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs a roof.
