This house in Holmdel required a full roof replacement. The previous roof was torn off to the roof decking, then new underlayment was installed with proper flashings and ice and water shield. Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles were installed onto the prepped roof surface.

Magestic (project manager Tonya) replaced the "addition" roof on my home about 2.5 years ago via the seller of my home. We purchased our home 2 years ago. Yesterday, we had leaking through the ceiling onto our floors. We had their work evaluated today, and there is a defect in the flashing. Tonya didn't call us herself. We were informed from the receptionist that the warranty isn't transferable to us. And that they are not responsible for the repair. The quality does seem subpar after evaluation... Read more
