      Majestic Exteriors has extremely poor/ non-existent customer service. After I paid them $6,000 for a new roof, I had a huge leak in the kitchen. It took about a month till they bothered to come to look at the situation. I call them 3X/day and even went to their office. The owner, Tonya, had promised she would send someone to fix the mess in the kitchen. By now, the ceiling is on the floor. She nor anyone else at Majestic have even returned my calls.       We called ‘Majestic’ in April and Joe came out to give us quote for patio,steps and walkway. Joe was rude , disregarding and seemed less than interested in helping us. He took pictures and stated another worker would be at our home that Saturday at 12pm . That was in April and it’s now July....no one ever called , followed up or came to our home. If you want unprofessional and disregarding customer service than call them....
