We had a complete roof replacement. Paul and his crew were always on time. In fact, Paul came out when our instance adjuster was here and went on the roof to take the pictures and mark the damage for the adjuster. Dumb adjuster didn’t have a ladder. Paul’s crew was efficient and fast. They did an excellent job, and worked to protect the bay window and outside. They left the property spotless! Paul and his crew were outstanding. They arrived on time, completed the job in one day and cleanup was fantastic. No nails or shingles left behind. Numerous roofs have been completed in the neighborhood by other contractors and I found that Paul's crew went above and beyond installing ridge vents on EVERY peak unlike the others. Major was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but the most reasonable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement. Read less
