Was great and responsive at first. Even patched the roof until they were able to come out and replace the roof. Was supposed to call me the last week of June to schedule a date to do my roof...never heard back... called and left a voice mail and still nothing. Going on two months now. I read other reviews that had the same issue... was hoping it was just a fluke but I guess not
