The roof replacement went as expected, with the exception of the one solar powered attic vent. I had to point that vent out to the sight supervisor during the walk around, who admitted that the vent was on the estimate, but did not get ordered. He told me the vent would be easy enough to procure and someone would stop by and get it installed. That never happened. I was told that Mammoth could work with my insurance for supplimentals, and lift the burden of securing craftsmen to complete work th... Read more
