The Mammoth team was professional all the way. The crew started on time and stuck with it until the job was finished. I was impressed with how the crew chief looked after his men, making sure they took breaks, had plenty of water, had all the supplies they needed, etc. There was no skimping or making do. Noah Swisshelm (Sales Consultant) came knocking to my door and from the beginning he was friendly and pleasant to speak to, he offered to inspect my roof the next day without pushing the sales pitch. Mammoth was responsive and delivered their services efficiently and thoroughly. They were the third contractors I reached out to and the only contractors who delivered, communicated well my insurance and reached out to me with updates regularly. I worked directly with Noah Swisshelm who was brilliant and the other workers were very efficient, finishing the project early. This included removal and reinstall action of my 39 solar panels. From the get go, Mammoth Contracting had my back. They worked with my homeowners insurance company and provided all the documentation necessary to get my new roof approved. Once that happened, Kaleb walked me through the steps, scheduled the work, the crew arrived on time, project completed as promised and I am ecstatic!
