Updated: Don't walk, run, or ask them to leave your property immediately. That's your best bet. Yeah, I've been on CC for your emails, and you've been CC'd and in the TO for countless ignored emails from myself and the insurance company requesting final invoices. You never even affixed the power stack to my home as described and you marked the project complete. It's wrapped around the plumbing exhaust stack like that's acceptable, though I do not know code.
