This review is LONG overdue! I meant to write this AGES ago but have had some serious health issues over the past couple years that pushed it out of my mind! I've been seeing the Manning vehicles quite a bit at a building close to our home on Red Bridge (new location maybe??) that pulled it back to the forefront of my mind!!
