Very disappointed on a new roof installation. All i was looking for was a new roof. I was told it would be smart to have both my chimneys taken down to the roof due to damages they could cause, I agreed to everything and had the chimneys removed and new roof installed, only to find out they didn't reattach the flue pipes that went through the chimneys to the new roof... so carbon monoxide has been leaking into the attic for almost 8 months until the problem was caught... From the roof evaluation, through the claims process and completion of the roof replacement, Jimmy and Brian of Manning Construction, were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The roofing crew has been with them for five years and was respectful of our neighbors and did a great job and cleanup. Great experience!

Manning did a fantastic job installing a sliding glass door from our dining room into our backyard. Carl finished the job on time to a high degree of quality. The finished project looks great and functions perfectly. The price they quoted us was very competitive. John made time to answer all of our questions and helped us feel comfortable and confident in decision to work with them. I will absolutely use them for more renovation projects in the future.

We had gutter covers installed. From start to finish it was a seamless experience. John was extremely personable and very easy to work with. He explained everything in great detail to me and the work done was amazing. There was absolutely no mess left at my house and I wouldn’t have known there was anyone installing anything except for the footsteps I heard and it wasn’t Santa Claus in February. I 100% would recommend this company again. John was amazing!!!
