Blake was an extraordinary young man! He carefully listened to ALL my concerns and went above and beyond to address them. Updated II: 3Star for removing the late fees. Updated: Don't walk, run, or ask them to leave your property immediately. That's your best bet. Yeah, I've been on CC for your emails, and you've been CC'd and in the TO for countless ignored emails from myself and the insurance company requesting final invoices. You never even affixed the power stack to my home as described and you marked the project complete. It's wrapped around the plumbing exhaust stack like that's acceptable, though I do not ... Hello Mr. Lutsko, I’m sorry to hear your frustration with the billing. Per our telephone conversation, you have yet to make a payment on your account. Invoices have been sent to you and your Insurance Adjusters and as discussed, they have not responded. Unfortunately, we have no control of Insurance Companies or their Adjusters. As discussed, I resent all of the invoices, Certificates of Completion, and job site photos to your Adjusters. There is no reason why they should be delaying payment. You have been CC to the communication with the Insurance Company. Note that MGC is not a Public Adjuster and we can not cross a line of what is OWED. We have provided everything that is required, and YES, your new roofing system is looking great! Please follow up with your Adjustor and demand that they release funds. That should get the billing portion of this job squared away. Again, I apologize for your frustrating. We look forward to receiving payment and closing out this job. Regards, MGC
