He was missing a particular piece he needed for the job and drove an hour away to get it. He was professional and friendly and I would gladly have him back when I need something else done. John Tytla was at my house in 3 hours and sealed my roof so no additional damage would happen. John did a fantastic job helping me negotiate with my insurance auditor. Manning Roofing recently replaced our roof. Having not gone through storm damage like this, I was amazed at how fast and professional this company was in responding to my call. First, I spoke with Jimmy, and he had them out within hours of my call for help. Brian, the project manager went over and beyond. Manning provided excellent management and quality control on the removal and new installation of roof and gutter installation. Management was excellent in working with insurance company. Manning provided the necessary documents to insurance which allowed smooth and swift results in getting approval and payment. Work was completed as promised and on schedule.
