We had a great experience with Manning Roofing. We were almost ready to sell our house when a storm hit and damaged our roof. This was an unfortunate setback to getting it on the market. Manning Roofing (especially John Tytla) was so good to work with us to get our roof done the same week and they did it one day! Communication was great and they do quality work. And on top of all that, their price was the lowest of any of the bids we got by $900. I highly recommend Manning!
John was so great to work with. I just knew if there were any issues he would take care of it. We had no issues and the project went so smoothly and the installers were top notch! Would definitely recommend!
Manning has done 2 roofs for me, now. One after a hail storm in 2020 wiped out my 20 year old roof and a second in 2024 after hail did it again. Bryan and his team did all the work, I never had to do anything. This last one they did his team suggested Class 4 impact resistant shingles and they actually got insurance to pay the difference! And what a huge difference that has made, 2 heavy storms later and barely a ding, plus my house is quieter and seems better insulated.

I would highly recommend Manny roofing. Their customer service is amazing, they work with you very well and dont make you feel like you are wasting their time with your concerns. They went above and beyond making sure the job was done right. He worked with me after my insurance company (USAA ) refused to pay for repairs. You will not go wrong with them. Thanks again for all your hard work.
