I can’t say enough great things about Manning Roofing! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I reached out for an estimate, their team was quick to respond and scheduled an inspection within days. They provided a clear, detailed quote — no hidden fees, no surprises — and walked me through all my options without any pressure. I appreciated how transparent they were and how they ... Read more

Bryan and the Manning GC team are fantastic! They handled the negotiations with our insurance companies and got our roof, siding, garage doors, and interior repairs done. They are always available if we have questions and follow-up issues. Highly recommend the whole crew!

Thanks for the great feedback! Your property was a fun project and your new DECRA STONE COATED STEEL roofing system looks fantastic. As we explained from the beginning, your carrier will probably miss a lot of damage and leave off a lot of line items on their "estimate". Yours was a classic case of them trying to piecemeal a job. Fortunately, our professional staff identified what was required and they were able to provide everything requested by the adjusters. In the end, there was no negotiating. So glad we were able to restore your property. Just let us know if you need anything else. Cheers!

He is the most cerebral guy you will ever meet that works with his hands. He understands the insurance industry as well as he understands construction. It was pure luck that we came across Bryan when we were dealing with a rather extensive insurance claim after hail damage. We went through five insurance adjusters over a t... Read more
