As we explained from the beginning, your carrier will probably miss a lot of damage and leave off a lot of line items on their "estimate". Yours was a classic case of them trying to piecemeal a job. Fortunately, our professional staff identified what was required and they were able to provide everything requested by the adjusters. In the end, there was no negotiating. Five stars is inadequate to describe the level of competence these guys have. Bryan Manning is hard to describe if you haven't met him. He's not a typical contractor at all. He is the most cerebral guy you will ever meet that works with his hands. He understands the insurance industry as well as he understands construction. Forrest and Tony were fantastic. I got a fair quote very quickly and they were able to come out and fix a leak in my roof the next day. Forrest really knows what he's talking about. The expectations and cost were explained very clearly. Will definitely be using them when it comes time to replace my roof and gutters.
