Bryan, On the day that the roof had been removed and you contacted amfam, who told you they would not cover the sheathing, your project manager assured us that amfam had always covered sheathing on your prior jobs. He said that it was an "access issue" and that you would continue the job since you had already removed the roof and would fight amfam to get the extra money to replace the sheathing.
