Manning roofing in Lees Summit, Mo. is the best roofing company that I have every delt with and I have delt with quite a few. John Tytla, Sr. project manager is so very knowledgeable, he came out to my house, climbed on my roof and nailed down the section of ridge shingles that were loose, he used 2" nails and siliconed over all nails. The original roofing company that put my roof on used short nails only 1/4 of the nail went into the plywood. (poor workmanship.) John also siliconed over oth... Read more
Manning General Contracting was the best to work with! Our realtor recommended them to us, and now I know why. Our roof had a significant leak over the weekend, and I called them on a Sunday, and they immediately answered the call and sent Project Manager, Brian McHenry, and his crew over to address the issue. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fixed the leak. He also took the time to answer all of our many questions. When it's time for a new roof, we definitely will be calling them!
Manning Roofing (specifically Jimmy Gaffney) saved the day!! We had a tricky 3-story downspout blow off our house during the latest wicked storms. Another roofing company ghosted us for four weeks, and upon referral Jimmy got his crew out the next business day!! I can't say enough about the attention to our needs and the professionalism...many emails with specific details and thorough communication. Josh did an amazing installation job on a challenging downspout!
Update: Manning GC is a reasonable group. In my case, the communication was lacking a bit. We also have been having all kinds of severe weather, including hail, so I think I'm safe to assume they're pretty busy.
At the end of the day, the work completed was well done.
