John Tytla handled my case from start to finish. He was very thorough, did an excellent job of spotting items that needed to be repaired for the appraiser, and responded quickly when I called. The subcontractors did very good work as well. Overall, a terrific though stressful experience (main point of stress was dealing with the insurance company, but John was very helpful there as well). Highly recommend!
