Bryan came out on a Sunday morning to assess our leak, gave us a few options and his recommendation. Our insurance adjuster had an unscheduled opening and wanted to come out within an hour and inspect our roof claim. I called Bryan, he broke away from his schedule to meet us and walk the roof with the inspector and explain in his opinion what he was seeing. His background and depth of knowledge helped us through the process which lead us to a fair and successful claim.
