We used Manning roofing in February of 20 to replace our roof, gutters and screens due to a hail claim on our home owners insurance. We had American Family Insurance at the time and were in the process of selling the house. Our sheathing needed replaced due to disintegration from so many nails being driven through it from multiple roof replacements in the past. It was absolutely necessary for it to be replaced but AMFAM denied payment for it saying it was due to "rot" despite clear evidence that... Read more

Mr. & Mrs. Kling, Thank you for your patience during this claim. Your carrier did everything they could to drag our name through the dirt. We greatly appreciate how diligent you were and how much time you spent asking questions. I’m so glad that your Appraisers were able to get you a fair settlement. More people need to know about these situations and how they end up being resolved. We’re so happy for you and your family. Cheers, MGC

Manning GC was the company that I called when we had water coming in our master bedroom after a heavy week of rain and bad weather. They gave me an honest inspection on the state of our roof and walked us through the entire process in a way that alleviated the stress of this process. From start to finish they took care of us and worked through our insurance company to make sure we got all of the repairs done without additional out-of-pocket expense. In getting to know their crews more throughout... Read more

Very impressed with the quality of work provided by Manning GC - on every level! A very professional interaction, both in-person and electronically - notifications, information, and payment process to a paid invoice. Impressive! Jimmy provided a thorough inspection of our home that included possible other issues to investigate further, especially the notice of gas smell at our meter (quickly called gas company who sent tech that day, and meter was replaced immediately). We are indebted to him f... Read more

Jimmy and his crew responded quickly and inspected our gutter system. Several irregularities were found and explained. My past job experience told me he was telling it like it was. Jointly we agreed on the work required. His quote was very fair. The repairs were finished as promised and on cost. Very satisfied. At least 2 of our neighbors came over and scheduled a similar inspection. JOB WELL DONE
